Privacy notice

Last updated August 30, 2026. This notice covers www.best-bible-app.com, not the apps and stores linked from it.

Site operator

Liftoff operates Best Bible App from Saint-Malo, France. Privacy questions can be sent to julien@bible-expert.app.

Information processed

Cloudflare may process ordinary network and security logs when it delivers the site. Those records can include an IP address, request time, requested path, browser information and security signals. Liftoff uses them to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.

Google Analytics 4 is configured with analytics and advertising storage denied. It sends cookieless measurement pings for page views and outbound-link events, and Google may process network identifiers and event data to provide aggregate reports. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. An outbound event can include the app name, displayed rank, destination type and page location. It does not include Bible reading history, prayer text or an app account. Read Google's privacy policy.

Email messages contain whatever you choose to send, plus normal mail headers. Do not include confidential account or religious information in a correction request.

Purposes and retention

  • Serve and secure the website.
  • Measure which public comparisons and outbound links are useful.
  • Answer corrections, legal requests and publisher updates.
  • Keep a limited record of material editorial changes.

Security logs follow the hosting provider's configured retention. Editorial email is kept only while it is needed to resolve the request or document a material correction.

External destinations

Apple, Google, Microsoft, app publishers and other linked services set their own privacy terms. A click takes you to that service. Review its notice before creating an account or entering sensitive information.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information held in an editorial message, subject to legal limits. Write to the privacy address above. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL, if you believe a request was mishandled.
